One change Bittel would love to see in the world is greater equality and diversity in the workplace.

His most memorable moment he would want to relive would be the birth of their kids. Stephen Bittel’s favorite quote is “Never give in” by Winston Churchill. His latest achievement was donating to the Movement Disorder Division at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
Stephen Bittel established TerraNovaCorp in 1980 with the goal of managing a commercial property for a neighborhood partnership. Bittel remained involved in South Florida as the area’s real estate market developed and he has become a pillar of the neighborhood.
Since then, Terranova has developed into one of South Florida’s top commercial real estate companies, with an asset portfolio worth more than $1 billion. With more than $5 billion in commercial projects in Florida, Terranova has acted as the sole agent for some of the most powerful businesses in the world. Bittel also served as the Greater Miami Jewish Federation’s Washington Mission’s leader in 2009 and 2010, and he presently chairs the board of Teach for America Miami (TFA).
